The 532nm solid laser is used for emitting laser with the light source being 532nm to the spatial filter, and the spatial filter carries out filtering and beam expanding on light beams. The expanded light passes through the beam splitter to split part of light beams to irradiate the source diffuser, or the expanded light beams directly irradiate the source diffuser.
