Summary:The invention relates to a film composite adhesive, in particular to a high-solid-content heat-resistant polyurethane adhesive and application thereof. The adhesive comprises a main agent and a curing agent, the main agent is a hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane prepolymer generated by reaction of polyester polyol and isocyanate, and the curing agent is an isocyanate component; wherein the ratio of the amount of substance of hydroxyl in the main agent to the amount of substance of isocyanate in the curing agent is (20: 1)-(5: 1). A composite film prepared from the adhesive still has the interlayer peel strength of 10 N/cm or above after being aged for 1 h at the temperature of 240 DEG C, and is suitable for being used as a high-temperature-resistant adhesive. 本发明涉及薄膜复合胶粘剂,具体的说是一种高固含耐热型聚氨酯胶粘剂及其应用。胶粘剂包括主剂和固化剂,所述主剂为聚酯多元醇与异氰酸酯反应生成的羟基封端的聚氨酯预聚体,固化剂为异氰酸酯组分;其中,所述主剂中羟基与固化剂中异氰酸酯基的物质的量比为20:1~5:1。使用本发明所述胶粘剂制备的复合膜,经240℃老化1h后仍具有10N/cm以上的层间剥离强度,适合作为耐高温胶粘剂使用。
