The invention discloses a low-smoke flame-retardant PVC decorative film and a preparation method thereof. The PVC decorative film comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin powder, 20-25 parts of a modified flame-retardant smoke suppressant, 0.5-2 parts of a heat stabilizer, 1-3 parts of ACR resin and 1-3 parts of pigment. According to the modified flame-retardant smoke suppressant disclosed by the invention, phosphorus, nitrogen and silicon elements are introduced to play a synergistic role, so that the flame-retardant property, the smoke suppression effect and the thermal stability of the PVC decorative film are enhanced. 本发明公开了一种低烟阻燃PVC装饰膜及其制备方法。本发明中的PVC装饰膜包含以下重量份的组份：PVC树脂粉100份、改性阻燃抑烟剂20-25份、热稳定剂0.5-2份、ACR树脂1-3份、颜料1-3份。本发明中的改性阻燃抑烟剂通过引入磷、氮、硅元素发挥协同作用，增强了PVC装饰膜的阻燃性能、抑烟效果以及热稳定性。
