The integrated cable warehouse-out robot system comprises a visual robot, a cable warehouse-out device and a cable comprehensive operation platform which are arranged in sequence. The vision robot comprises a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm and a binocular vision system arranged at the tail end of the multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm; a grabbing device is further arranged at the tail end of the multi-freedom-degree mechanical arm. The binocular vision system can automatically identify cable end identification, and the mechanical arm can carry out cable unsealing, cable grabbing or cable head fixing operation based on the identified cable end identification. The cable warehouse-out device is used for achieving automatic cable outgoing and winding, and the cable comprehensive operation platform is used for achieving automatic measurement and automatic cutting of the cable length.
