The invention discloses a protein solubility prediction method and device, equipment and a medium, and relates to the technical field of computers.The method comprises the steps that sequence features of a to-be-detected protein sequence are extracted through a protein language model; inputting the sequence features of the to-be-detected protein sequence into a target domain adaptive model; wherein the target domain adaptive model comprises a target feature extractor and a target solubility predictor; extracting domain invariant features from the sequence features of the to-be-detected protein sequence through the target feature extractor; and predicting a solubility result of the to-be-detected protein sequence by using the domain invariant feature through the target solubility predictor. A target feature extractor in the target domain adaptive model extracts domain invariant features, so that a target solubility predictor in the target domain adaptive model can perform more accurate solubility result predic
