Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of preparation of catalytic materials, and particularly relates to an enzyme and cofactor co-immobilized millimeter sphere catalyst as well as preparation and application thereof. The particle size of each millimeter sphere is 1.0-5.0 mm, the enzyme content is 7.9-72.1 mg/g, the cofactor content is 9.9-39.5 mg/g, and the mechanical strength is 3-12 N.
