Summary:The invention belongs to the technical field of flame retardants, and particularly relates to dialkyl phosphinic acid or salt thereof as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a hypophosphorous acid source, water, a catalyst, an auxiliary agent and an organic solvent to obtain a uniform mixture; and (2) in the presence of an initiator, reacting olefin with the uniform mixture to obtain the dialkyl phosphinic acid or the salt product thereof. The preparation process is improved, corrosive solvents such as acetic acid are prevented from being used, the yield of the product is increased by adopting the catalyst in a specific proportion and further matching the auxiliaries of specific types, and side reaction is effectively avoided. 本发明属于阻燃剂技术领,具体涉及一种二烷基次膦酸或其盐及其制备方法与应用。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)将次磷酸源、水、催化剂、助剂和有机溶剂混合,得到混匀物;(2)在引发剂存在下,将烯烃与所述混匀物进行反应,得到二烷基次膦酸或其盐产物。本发明通过对制备工艺进行改进避免了使用乙酸等腐蚀性溶剂,本发明通过采用特定配比的催化剂,并进一步组配特定种类的助剂即提升了产物的收率,有效避免了副反应的发生。
