The tetracyclic quinazolinone derivative is prepared by taking tetracyclic quinazolinone as a raw material, taking acetonitrile as a solvent, performing irradiation reaction for 8 hours by two blue LED (450-460nm) lamps at 68 DEG C in a nitrogen atmosphere, and performing column chromatography separation and purification on a crude product.
