The obtained dithiadiazole derivative is high in sulfur content and has excellent extrusion performance and corrosion inhibition performance, and the post-treatment process of the product is green and efficient. 本发明公开的高纯度双噻二唑衍生物及其制备方法,在乙醇中加入2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑、二元硫醇及双氧水,反应生产中间体,然后在中间体混合溶液中加入烷基硫醇与双氧水,反应后得到粗产品,最后通过分子蒸馏技术对粗产品进行纯化。本发明得到的双噻二唑衍生物硫含量高,具有优异的挤压性能和缓蚀性能,产品后处理工艺绿色高效。
