Summary:The invention provides a method for simultaneously detecting multi-subtype gene locus mutation in isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) or isocitrate dehydrogenase 2 (IDH2) and a reagent thereof, the method is based on an ARMS fluorescent quantitative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) method, and the mutation of multiple subtype gene loci in isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) or isocitrate dehydrogenase 2 (IDH2) is detected in the same reaction system. And detecting a to-be-detected sample by using ARMS primers of a mutant template aiming at the IDH1 or IDH2 gene mutation site and an upstream or downstream primer shared by the ARMS primers.
