The invention discloses a low-voltage distributed photovoltaic isolated island operation control method and device. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether a distributed photovoltaic user is in an island operation state or not according to a voltage parameter and a frequency parameter of a property right demarcation point of the distributed photovoltaic monitored by a distributed power supply access unit on an edge side; under the condition that the fluctuation frequency of the voltage parameter and the frequency parameter of the property right demarcation point of the low-voltage distributed photovoltaic system exceeds a preset threshold value, judging whether a photovoltaic user of the distributed photovoltaic system is in an island operation state or not according to the current data and the voltage data of the grid-connected point of the photovoltaic inverter monitored by the preset sampling frequency of the distributed power supply access unit; and under the condition that the photovolt
