The invention discloses an antenna separation type radar detection method. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting the working mode of each receiving and transmitting antenna; adjusting the angle of each receiving and transmitting antenna; transmitting signals of all wave bands are provided for all receiving and transmitting antennas through a frequency synthesizer; the transmitting and receiving antennas respectively transmit transmitting signals of respective wave bands; and the receiving and transmitting antenna receives an echo signal and inputs the echo signal into the receiver for processing.
