The method comprises the following steps: designing a detection reagent for detecting methylation of a cervical cancer SOX1 gene, an SEPTIN9 gene, a TAC1 gene and a ZIC1 gene; according to the method, four HPVs (Human Papilloma Virus 16/18/52/58) with relatively high detection specificity and detection sensitivity are screened and confirmed, a detection reagent for detecting HPV16/18/52/58 virus methylation is designed, and any combination of SOX1/SEPTIN9/TAC1 or SOX1/SEPTIN9/ZIC1 is combined with HPV16/18/52/58 virus methylation detection, so that high-specificity and high-sensitivity detection on cervical cancer and precancerous lesions thereof can be realized; and the method is suitable for large-scale population screening and conventional molecular diagnosis.
