At least one of glycine hydrochloride and derivatives thereof is added into a perovskite absorption layer of the efficient and stable two-dimensional perovskite solar cell as spacer cations. In the method provided by the invention, the glycine hydrochloride and the derivative thereof have a self-adding effect, not only can be inserted into a three-dimensional perovskite lattice to form highly stable two-dimensional perovskite, but also can be used as an additive to promote crystal growth, passivate defects and inhibit ion migration, so that the performance of the two-dimensional perovskite is improved, and meanwhile, the stability is further enhanced. 本发明公开了基于自添加间隔阳离子定向调控的高效稳定二维钙钛矿太阳能电池,其钙钛矿吸收层中加入有甘氨酸盐酸盐及其衍生物中的至少一种作为间隔阳离子。在本发明的方法中,甘氨酸盐酸盐及其衍生物具有自添加效果,不仅可以插入三维钙钛矿晶格中形成高度稳定的二维钙钛矿,还可以作为添加剂促进晶体生长,钝化缺陷,抑制离子迁移,提高了二维钙钛矿的性能,同时进一步增强了稳定性。
