The invention belongs to the technical field of sprayers. The self-propelled dredging spray head comprises a shell, a rotary spray head body and a tailstock. The rotary spray head is rotationally arranged at the front end of the shell, the tailstock is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the shell, and the tailstock is provided with a connector used for being connected with a water supply pipeline; a first water flow channel, a second water flow channel and a third water flow channel are arranged in the tailstock, the rotary nozzle is provided with a front nozzle and a rotary nozzle which are communicated with the first water flow channel; the tail end of the second water flow channel is provided with a rear nozzle with an opening facing the rear of the tailstock; the tail end of the third water flow channel is provided with a side nozzle with an opening facing the side face of the shell. The rotary spray head is driven by jet flow of the rotary nozzle to rotate, and the tailstock is driven by jet flow of the
