The environment-friendly long-acting mildew-proof silicone sealant is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by mass: 100 parts of alpha, omega dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, 25 to 15 parts of CDS-SiO2, 3 to 50 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 70 to 160 parts of inorganic filler, 3 to 7 parts of cross-linking agent, 1 to 3 parts of coupling agent and 3 to 6 parts of catalyst, the CDS-SiO2 is prepared from a cyclodextrin inclusion compound, a silane coupling agent and porous silicon dioxide, and the cross-linking agent is prepared from a cross-linking agent and a cross-linking agent.
