Summary: | The invention provides a recycling and reproducing method of a lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material for a secondary battery. The recycling and reproducing method comprises the following steps: (a) providing a lithium iron phosphate recycled material; (b) oxidizing the lithium iron phosphate reclaimed material in the air atmosphere, treating the lithium iron phosphate reclaimed material at the oxidation temperature of 300-400 DEG C for 1-5 hours to form raw material powder, the raw material powder is composed of LiFePO4, Fe7 (PO4) 6, Fe2O3 and residual carbon, and the weight percentage of the residual carbon relative to the raw material powder ranges from 0.07 wt.% to 0.6 wt.%; (c) grinding the raw material powder; (d) the composition of the raw material powder is adjusted, a precursor is formed, the molar ratio of Li to P ranges from 0.99 to 1.05: 1, the molar ratio of Fe to P ranges from 0.98 to 1.02: 1, and a carbon source is added; and (e) treating the precursor in inert gas at a sintering te |
