The invention discloses an image completion method and device, a nonvolatile storage medium and computer equipment. The method comprises the steps that an initial image is acquired, and the initial image comprises an object to be complemented; inputting the initial image into an area generation network to generate a first candidate box which is used for framing out the object to be complemented from the initial image; an image corresponding to the first candidate frame is compared with a plurality of sample candidate frames, a second candidate frame matched with the first candidate frame is screened out from the sample candidate frames, and the sample candidate frames are generated after a standard image of the cable tunnel equipment is input into a region generation network; and according to a standard image of the cable tunnel equipment corresponding to the generated second candidate box, performing image completion on the to-be-completed object in the initial image to generate a completion result image.
