The starting glass disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 35 to 55 percent of SiO2, 9 to 15 percent of B2O3, 6 to 14 percent of Na2O, 1 to 3 percent of Li2O, 3 to 6 percent of Al2O3, 5 to 8.3 percent of CaO, 0.3 to 2.08 percent of MgO, 1.03 to 3.13 percent of BaO, 0.2 to 2.3 percent of V2O5, 0.3 to 2 percent of Sb2O5, 1 to 3 percent of ZrO2, 3 to 6 percent of La2O3, 0.3 to 1.8 percent of CeO2 and 1 to 2.8 percent of MoO3.
