The invention provides a remediation method for petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil. The remediation method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating the petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil; (2) dividing the pretreated petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil into high-concentration contaminated soil and low-concentration contaminated soil; (3) adding a first treating agent into the high-concentration polluted soil, mixing, and separating to obtain slurry, wherein the first treating agent comprises alkyl sodium sulfonate, quick lime and water; and (4) the slurry and the low-concentration polluted soil are mixed, then a second treating agent is added for mixing, then paving is conducted, alfalfa seeds are planted, regular maintenance is conducted, and the second treating agent comprises petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria, an enzyme preparation, a nutritional agent and a leavening agent.
