Summary: | The invention discloses a Ptq/Snq-Fe2O3 catalyst for efficient catalytic degradation of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) as well as a preparation method and application of the Ptq/Snq-Fe2O3 catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking Fe2O3 as a carrier, inducing Sn doping and defect generation through primary quenching to form Snq-Fe2O3; and then, by taking Snq-Fe2O3 as a carrier, inducing Pt clusters to be loaded on the Sn-Fe2O3 through a secondary quenching method to form Ptq/Snq-Fe2O3. Compared with traditional solvothermal methods and the like, the preparation method is simple and high in repeatability.
