The invention also discloses an anti-kanamycin monoclonal antibody prepared from the complete antigen, a hybridoma cell for generating the monoclonal antibody, and a detection card and a detection kit for detecting a kanamycin analogue. The invention discloses an ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method and a fluorescence immunochromatography method for detecting kanamycin analogues.
