Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of peroxy-coordinated multi-oxygen-vacancy TiO2, which comprises the following steps: carrying out hydrothermal reaction on titanyl sulfate in the presence of a compound dispersant to obtain sulfate-coordinated oxygen-vacancy TiO2; and then carrying out oxidation treatment of hydrogen peroxide under a water bath condition to obtain the product peroxy-coordinated multi-oxygen-vacancy TiO2. Through substitution of coordinated sulfate radicals and surface hydroxyl groups, a peroxy coordination structure is formed on the surface of oxygen-deficient TiO2, and meanwhile, surface oxygen vacancy defects are remarkably increased. The light response range is obviously expanded; and the oxidation capacity of a photo-generated hole is enhanced.
