The method comprises the following steps: expressing daily temperature data of each measuring point in a cubic spline function mode; constructing a temperature orthogonal space based on the cubic spline function of each measuring point; based on the temperature orthogonal space, extracting a temperature effect component in the overall structure response signal; and according to the overall structure response and the temperature effect component, determining the structure response component of the live load effect. The scheme provides a novel rapid standardized separation processing method for realizing the temperature effect component in the overall structure response.
