A mounting plate is provided that includes a body configured to couple with an engine in a plurality of positions, each of the plurality of positions being effected by rotational translation of the body, the mounting plate further including a fan shaft mounting hole formed in the body. A first position of the fan shaft mounting hole on at least one of the plurality of positions of the main body changes relative to a second position of the fan shaft mounting hole on at least one of the plurality of positions of the main body.
