Summary: | The invention relates to the field of organic waste resource utilization, and discloses a method for producing polyhydroxyalkanoate through organic waste fermentation, polyhydroxyalkanoate comprises polyhydroxybutyrate and polyhydroxyvalerate, and fermentation substrates comprise kitchen waste, vinasse, activated sludge and a mixture thereof.
