Summary: | The invention discloses a separation process of high-viscosity fermentation liquor under abnormal rhamnolipid working conditions, which comprises the following steps: 1) adding soluble inorganic alkali into the high-viscosity rhamnolipid fermentation liquor, regulating the pH value to be more than 10, and standing; (2) adding normal primary alcohol into the rhamnolipid fermentation liquor after standing, and stirring; 3) performing centrifugal separation on the fermentation liquor, and collecting supernate; (4) filtering the supernate by adopting an organic micro-filtration membrane, and collecting filtrate; and 5) carrying out reduced pressure rectification on the filtrate to obtain a rhamnolipid aqueous solution in a tower kettle. The separation process provided by the invention is simple in flow, the used separation equipment is conventional equipment, and the rhamnolipid and the high-viscosity PHA can be well separated.
