Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-85 parts of cement, 20-40 parts of silica fume, 2-15 parts of fly ash, 85-113 parts of quartz machine-made sand, 1-3 parts of steel fibers, 1-4 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.2-0.6 part of sodium gluconate, 18-26 parts of water and 8-20 parts of modified silicon dioxide nanoparticles. The modified silicon dioxide nano-microsphere is of a hollow porous structure. The prepared ultra-high performance concrete is high in fluidity, low in viscosity, small in shrinkage amount and excellent in mechanical property. 本发明涉及混凝土建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高流态的超高性能混凝土及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的成分:水泥60-85份、硅灰20-40份、粉煤灰2-15份、石英机制砂85-113份、钢纤维1-3份、减水剂1-4份、葡萄糖酸钠0.2-0.6份、水18-26份和改性二氧化硅纳米微球8-20份;所述改性二氧化硅纳米微球为中空多孔结构。本发明制备所得的超高性能混凝土,其流动性高、粘度低、收缩量小且力学性能优秀。
