The method comprises the following steps: dissolving Co (NO3) 2.6 H2O in an organic solvent, adding a single crystal Bi2Fe4O9 nanosheet, mixing and stirring to obtain a turbid liquid, and dropwise adding isopropyl titanate into the turbid liquid to obtain a mixed turbid liquid; dropwise adding an ammonium bicarbonate aqueous solution into the mixed suspension, stirring for reaction, centrifugally separating the obtained reaction mixture, washing and drying the obtained precipitate, and calcining the product in the air atmosphere to obtain the bismuth ferrite/cobalt titanate/titanium dioxide nanosheet composite material.
