A method for quantifying endotoxins in a biological sample using an analysis medium incorporated into the field of view of an imager, the analysis medium comprising at least one analysis chamber and a plurality of reference chambers, the method comprises the following steps for each of a plurality of measurement times of the measurement period: a) acquiring images (S02) of the reference chamber and the analysis chamber and determining light intensity values (S03) of the reference chamber and the analysis chamber; b) determining a calibration relationship connecting the light intensity value and the concentration at the measurement time (S04); c) determining at least one endotoxin concentration of the biological sample from the calibration relationship at the measurement time and the intensity value of the analysis chamber (S05); the method then comprises a step d) of determining a temporal evolution of the endotoxin concentration in the biological sample during the measurement period from the endotoxin concen
