The nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary precursor disclosed by the invention not only has an ultralow specific surface area of less than 5m < 2 >/g, but also has excellent dispersity and uniformity, and can reduce the specific surface area of a positive electrode material when being used for preparing the positive electrode material, so that the cycle performance of a battery is improved.
