Summary: | The invention discloses a heat treatment process for homogenizing a microcell structure and mechanical properties of a martensite heat-resistant steel welded joint. According to the heat treatment process, a 10CrCo3W2MoNiVNbNB martensite heat-resistant steel welded joint finally obtains a tempered martensite structure through the working procedures of high-temperature normalizing and high-temperature tempering. No obvious boundary exists between the micro-areas in the welded joint treated by the heat treatment process, and the micro-areas are all converted into tempered lath martensite and isometric crystal structures; and the grain size distribution in each region is more uniform. In addition, the Vickers microhardness of the micro-areas of the welding joint treated by the heat treatment process does not have obvious hardness gradient any more, and the creep strain rate sensitivities of the micro-areas generally tend to be consistent. Therefore, the heat treatment process disclosed by the invention has the e |
