The invention discloses a speed-controllable liquid ramming pump which comprises a motor, an internal impeller, a pump body connected with an output shaft of the motor, a suction end located on one side of the pump body, a discharge end located on the upper side of the pump body and two protection frames located on the two sides of the motor respectively, and a connecting rod is arranged between the two protection frames. Supporting plates fixed between the two protection frames are arranged on the lower side of the motor and the lower side of the pump body correspondingly. The two protection frames are arranged on the two sides of the motor, meanwhile, the two protection frames are connected through the connecting rod, the motor and the pump body are fixed between the two protection frames through the supporting plate, at the moment, the two sides of the material ramming pump can be wrapped with the protection frames, and therefore the peripheral side of the material ramming pump is protected through the pro
