Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of miRNA (micro Ribonucleic Acid) detection, in particular to a DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) nanoprobe with an intelligent morphological reconstruction core-shell structure as well as a preparation method and application of the DNA nanoprobe.
