The invention provides a novel and efficient oilfield produced water treatment method. The method comprises the following steps: adding a polysilicate aluminum ferric solution into oilfield produced water to be treated, and stirring for a period of time at a first rotating speed; adjusting the first rotating speed to a second rotating speed, adding a polyacrylamide solution, stirring for a period of time at the second rotating speed after adding, standing for a period of time, and filtering to obtain treated oilfield produced water. The method has the advantages of simplicity, high efficiency, low cost, easiness in operation, remarkable treatment effect and the like. 本发明提供了一种新型高效的油田采出水处理方法。该方法包括：向待处理的油田采出水中加入聚合硅酸铝铁溶液，并以第一转速搅拌一段时间；将第一转速调整为第二转速，加入聚丙烯酰胺溶液，加入完毕后以第二转速搅拌一段时间，再静置一段时间，经过滤，得到处理后的油田采出水。该方法具有简单、高效率、低成本、易操作、处理效果显著等优点。
