Summary: | The invention discloses a cationic hybrid nano-protein entrapped with a biodegradable enzyme as well as preparation and application of the cationic hybrid nano-protein. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving lactoferrin and a reducing agent in water together, and reacting to obtain a reduced lactoferrin solution; mixing the reduced lactoferrin solution with the biodegradable enzyme solution, then adjusting the pH value to 6-8 to obtain a mixed solution, then adding absolute ethyl alcohol, and mixing and homogenizing to obtain a mixed solution; and carrying out ultrafiltration concentration on the mixed solution. The cationic hybrid nano-protein disclosed by the invention targets a biofilm part with negative electricity through an electrostatic adsorption effect and releases cellulase to disintegrate a bacterial biofilm; the self-contained cation can be adsorbed and combined with a lipopolysaccharide layer with negative electricity in a bacterial wall to induce the selective permeability loss of |
