Summary:A process for refining waste sulfuric acid from alkylation includes diluting it with water, primary removal of oil, secondary refining with activated carbon and clay, filtering and separating refining agent and refined acid that is colourless transparent 25% sulfuric acid, which can be used as raw material of FCC catalyst or in synthesis of other chemicals. Said refining agent can be reused afterregeneration. Its advantages are simple technology and no waste drainage.
