The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a medical image, wherein the medical image comprises a region of interest of an object; inputting the medical image into a prediction model to determine dose distribution corresponding to the region of interest and uncertainty corresponding to the dose distribution; obtaining a plurality of optimization targets related to the region of interest; based on the dose distribution and the uncertainty, determining a probability result related to a probability that each optimization objective in the plurality of optimization objectives can reach; and based on the probability result and the plurality of optimization targets, optimizing the radiotherapy plan to obtain a target radiotherapy plan.
