Summary: | Systems and methods are illustrated for estimating therapeutic effects using covariate adjustment stratification and pseudo-value regression in random control assays in accordance with embodiments of the present invention. One embodiment includes a method for estimating the efficacy of a treatment in a random control trial, wherein the method includes receiving external data of a previous random clinical trial. The method further includes generating a set of one or more subject characteristics of the plurality of test subjects, estimating binary results of the test subject using a hierarchical process, and estimating a time-of-event (TTE) therapeutic effect of the test subject using pseudo-valued regression.
