The embodiment of the invention provides a QUIC request processing method and system, and the method comprises the steps: closing a QUIC service of an original process when the QUIC service is restarted, and keeping a special port of the original process open; creating a new process, and establishing a special port for the new process; when a QUIC request message is received, the DCID of the QUIC request message is inquired; if the DCID contains the special port information of the original process, processing by the original process; if the DCID contains the special port information of the new process, the new process carries out processing; and if the DCID does not contain the special port information, newly establishing connection with the client by the new process. According to the technical scheme, the special port is arranged for each process, so that the request of establishing the connection with the original process can be forwarded to the original process to be continuously processed, the occurrence
