Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses an anticorrosive coating material applied to a concrete pipeline. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 22.5%-23.0% of water, 11.2%-13.2% of water glass, 6.4%-6.6% of water supply aluminum sludge ash and 57.9%-59.2% of Portland cement. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the concrete pipeline anticorrosive coating material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight ratio; (2) uniformly mixing the water supply sludge ash and the portland cement dry material; (3) dissolving water glass in water; and (4) slowly pouring the prepared water glass solution, slowly stirring, and quickly stirring for 1 minute after uniformly stirring, so as to obtain the pipeline anti-corrosion coating material.
