Summary: | The invention discloses a noradrenaline chemiluminescent probe as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the probe disclosed by the invention, 2-chloro-3-hydroxybenzaldehyde and p-methyl thiophenol are selected as main raw materials to construct the near-infrared chemiluminescent probe CL-NE for detecting noradrenaline. The probe has good selectivity, relatively high sensitivity and relatively long chemiluminescence duration time. According to the present invention, the research results show that the chemiluminescence intensity is enhanced along with the increase of noradrenaline, such that the probe is suitable for quantitative detection of noradrenaline; the noradrenaline detection of the cell physiological level and the mouse brain tissue level is realized. More importantly, the probe realizes the detection of noradrenaline in the brain of a Parkinson model mouse.
