The invention provides an automobile radiator which comprises water pipes and radiating fins, two sets of protective covers are arranged on the two sides of the water pipes respectively, the radiating fins are arrayed between every two adjacent sets of water pipes at equal intervals, every two sets of water pipes are communicated, and one end of the top set of water pipes is communicated with a water inlet tank with a water inlet pipe. One end of the bottom group of water pipes is communicated with a water outlet pipe and a water outlet tank, and the tail ends and the head sections of two adjacent groups of water pipes are sequentially connected with communicating pipes; the resistance plate is rotationally installed in the water pipe through the rotating shaft, the volume and the flow speed of cooling liquid flowing into the water pipe are changed, so that the standing time of the cooling liquid in the water pipe is prolonged, and the cooling effect on the cooling liquid is improved.
