The invention discloses a ball socket and outer tube sealing installation process which comprises the following steps: firstly, manufacturing an outer tube by using a light-transmitting PA (Polyamide) material, and manufacturing a ball socket by using a light-absorbing PA material; the ball socket and the outer pipe are designed to be in interference fit; and then the ball socket is inserted into the outer pipe to be connected into a supporting rod, the supporting rod is placed in laser welding equipment to be subjected to laser welding, laser firstly penetrates through the outer pipe in the welding process, and when the laser makes contact with the ball socket, the ball socket is melted, so that the ball socket and the outer pipe are integrated.
