A cold accumulation waste heat energy storage system comprises a waste heat source, a cold source, a radiator, a power generation device, a refrigeration device, a cold source cold accumulation medium, a power generation circulation medium and a refrigeration circulation medium. The power generation device works between the waste heat source and the cold source, and the power generation device generates power through the large temperature difference between the waste heat source and the cold source. The refrigerating device works between the cold source and the radiator, provides cold energy for the cold source, and dissipates heat through the radiator. According to the cold accumulation waste heat energy storage system, valley electricity is used for cold accumulation and energy storage, peak electricity supply is achieved through the high temperature difference between the low-temperature cold accumulation medium and the waste heat source, waste is turned into wealth efficiently, meanwhile, the electricity
