Summary: | The invention discloses an SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) molecular marker of a gene AKT3 related to a milk production character of a dairy cow and application of the SNP molecular marker. One technical scheme protected by the invention is application of a substance for detecting the polymorphism or genotype of SNP1 in identification or auxiliary identification of milk production traits of dairy cows. Experiments prove that the related molecular marker of the SNP1 and the corresponding genotype can be used for early prediction and screening of the milk production character of the dairy cow, and breeding of the variety of the dairy cow with the high milk production character is facilitated.
