The preparation method of the polyurethane foam wave-absorbing composite material comprises the following steps: mixing polyurethane, iron-silicon-chromium alloy and carbon nanotubes to obtain a mixture; and pouring the mixture into a foaming agent, stirring, and pouring into a mold for foaming. The carbon nanotubes and the iron-silicon-chromium alloy are compounded and applied to foamed polyurethane, so that the range of a wave-absorbing frequency band can be expanded, and the wave-absorbing performance of the composite material is improved.
