The adopted bis-imidazole ionic liquid can selectively extract DHA in microalgae, the extraction rate and purity are high, the selectivity is good, and the method has a very good industrial production application prospect. 本发明公开了一种基于双咪唑类离子液体选择性从微藻中提取DHA的方法,以微藻油脂为原料,加入碱的醇溶液,加热回流;然后加入去离子水和双咪唑类离子液体,静置分层;取下层溶液,加入酸调节pH,经有机溶剂萃取、干燥、减压浓缩得DHA藻油成品。本发明采用的双咪唑类离子液体可以对微藻中的DHA进行选择性提取,提取率和纯度高,选择性好,具有很好的工业生产应用前景。
