The invention relates to a sperm posture and motion state control method. The control method comprises the steps that S1, two laser beams are utilized and act on the head of the sperm; and S2, adjusting the positions and power of the two laser beams acting on the head of the sperm: controlling the sperm at a selected position, and controlling the posture (referring to the relative position and angle between the head of the sperm and the imaging focal plane) and the motion state of the sperm so as to obtain the images of the sperm in different directions and different motion states.
