The detector is calibrated in an optical path, so that the temperature drift and non-uniformity influence are reduced, and the data quality of two-dimensional image output of the detector is improved; the disordered and unreadable two-dimensional image output is converted into an ordered and readable three-dimensional data cube by adopting three-dimensional reconstruction based on a mapping matrix; finally, the three-dimensional data cube is calibrated through intensity normalization and image geometric correction, and the quality of the three-dimensional data cube is improved.
